At Instant Broadcast, we aim to deliver a reliable, secure and high-performance WhatsApp marketing automation platform. We take every effort to ensure transparent pricing, stable API infrastructure and seamless customer experience.
By purchasing or subscribing to Instant Broadcast services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund on Subscription / Plan Activation
All purchases for WhatsApp API subscription plans, credits, and add-on services are final and non-refundable.
Once:
- A plan is activated, OR
- Credits are loaded in the account, OR
- WhatsApp API onboarding is initiated,
the amount paid cannot be refunded, irrespective of the usage level or campaign result.
2. No Refund for Early Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the billing cycle, the remaining days or credits will not be refunded.
Customers may continue using the platform until the plan expiry.
3. WhatsApp Number Ban / Business Verification Issues
Instant Broadcast only uses Official Meta WhatsApp Business API. However, Meta (Facebook) reserves the right to restrict, disable or ban a number based on messaging behaviour or policy violations.
Therefore:
- No refund will be issued if your number is restricted or banned by Meta.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to follow Meta’s WhatsApp Commerce & Messaging Policies.
Instant Broadcast will fully support you with compliance guidelines and reactivation requests wherever possible.
4. Refund Exceptions (Only Under These Conditions)
A refund will only be processed if:
- The payment was charged twice due to a technical error, OR
- The customer was billed for a plan they did not activate, AND
- No credits or services were consumed.
Such refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment with proof of transaction.
5. Third-Party Charges (Non-Refundable)
Payments related to:
- WhatsApp BSP onboarding charges
- Green Tick / Display Name request fees
- Sender’s number registration
- Template approval costs (if applicable)
are third-party dependent and non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Trial & Demo
We encourage users to test all major features via:
- Live demo
- Sandbox environment / Trial credits (if applicable)
to ensure satisfaction before making a payment.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Intentional misuse of chargebacks (after consuming credits/services) will be considered a violation of terms. Instant Broadcast reserves the right to immediately:
- Suspend the account,
- Revoke access to API keys & dashboard,
- Take legal or recovery measures if required.
